Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you. We will request that you complete our new patient forms, (also located in the New Patient Center). This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Examination and X-rays
After your consultation, a comprehensive examination is performed, which includes orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests. X-rays will be taken at this time-only if they are indicated. From the information gathered at your first visit, Dr. Brockman will determine the cause of your condition.
Findings & Treatment
Dr. Brockman will present a complete report of finding. At this initial appointment, you will experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. She will recommend a treatment plan designed specifically for you. Because your participation is important to the success of your care, Dr. Brockman will provide you with understandable instruction regarding home care, nutrition, exercise, and postural changes that will speed your recovery.
